- 500 g strawberries
- 750 g of whipped cream

- 50 g dark chocolate

- Beat the eggs with 100 g of sugar until the mixture is thick and white. Stir 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder and fold in the mixture.
- Add the mass to the springform pan and bake in the heated oven (oven: 200 ° C, convection oven: 180 ° C, gas: stage 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Let it cool.
- Remove the mold and cut it horizontally twice to get three floors - wet all floors with some raspberry enthusiasm. Lay the bottom on the cake plate and fold with the cake ring.
- To fill, wash 300g strawberries, clean and cut into small cubes. Beat 500 g cream with 2 stabilizer cream sachets, 50 g sugar and 2 vanilla sugar sachets. Fold strawberry cubes and grated chocolate.
- Place 1/3 over the ground, place the second biscuit, redistribute 1/3 of the cream, place on the bottom and apply to the remaining cream. Allow the cake to cool for at least 2 hours.
- Carefully loosen the cake ring. Beat 250 g of whipped cream with 1 sachet of stabilizer cream until stiff. Evenly brush cake edges.
- Slice the chocolate with a peeler and squeeze it with a pastry card at the end of the cake. Wash, clean and slice 200 g strawberries. Spread on the surface of the cake.
