Salted Squid Acid fans must feel happy even though they only combine it with warm white rice. Just imagine this distinctive taste of salted squid does make the tongue dance. The savory taste also makes anyone addictive, especially if there is a spicy taste. Sour salted squid is suitable for a variety of dishes, but my favorite is when combined with ulam rice.
How to make it is very easy. Simply choose fresh squid and clean it first. Fry until half done and drain. Next we prepare a stir-fry seasoning that will give it the salty predicate of this acid. Besides garlic and red, we also include green tomatoes, starfruit, green chili, and so on. Everything is green and appears with a refreshing savory taste. Simply stir and cook until cooked with a little water and add Chicken Broth!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 200 g of salted egg squid, brew with hot water, drain
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 8 red onion cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, bruised
- 10 green chilies, sliced sliced
- 3 small green tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 2 stems of leeks, sliced in slices
- 4 wuluh star fruit, slices 1/2 cm
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1.5 tsp Royco Kaldu Ayam
- 100 ml of water
- the oil for frying
How to make
- Heat a lot of oil then add the squid, fry until half done. Lift, drain.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, saute garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add bay leaves, galangal, green chili, green tomatoes, chives, starfruit, petai, and sugar, stir well. Cook until wilted.
- Add the fried squid, stir well. Add water and Royco Chicken Broth. Mix well, cook until cooked and gravy thick, lift.
- Serve warm....
